Sales Associate
Join a great team of passionate professionals at one of the fastest-growing bike shops in the Lower Mainland! IMBY Bikes is looking for a self-motivated Sales Associate with a strong passion for bikes and prior experience in the cycling industry.
About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of IMBY Bikes, helping customers find the perfect bikes, parts, and accessories to enhance their riding experience. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers on the sales floor with expert product knowledge and friendly service
- Processing sales transactions and handling POS systems
- Maintaining a well-stocked and organized retail floor
- Staying up to date on new products, services, and industry trends
- Providing excellent customer service through in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails
- Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in bike sales or retail (preferred)
- Passion for bikes and the outdoor community
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Perks & Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week, including weekends)
